Ugh whyyyyy. I hate this starting so early trend. My dance studio as well as the local dancewear store wouldn’t allow you to go en pointe/buy pointe shoes unless you were ten or older and had been approved for pointe. I had to have a teacher’s note to bring to the dancewear store for them to allow me to be fitted for shoes. There’s no rush to go en pointe. You can do so much pre-pointe to train.
